DISCOVERY CALL

Discovery calls are our first opportunity to get to know each other and the specifics about your project. We will review our design process, your completed questionnaire, and discuss next steps for scheduling an in-home/ site review. Duration: 30-45 minutes.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION / SITE VISIT

The initial consultation allows me to gather as much information about the project and space as possible. Room measurements may be taken and photos to help document the existing conditions. It is also an opportunity to get more clarity on the design program and specific features that are important to you as the client. A summary of our discussion with suggested action items will be provided with a design proposal. The initial consultation fee is $550. Duration: 1- 1.5 hours.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once the design agreement is signed and design fee payment is received (first draw/retainer), we move into the design phase. During this time we will draft space plans, make preliminary selections, collect specifications and pricing to make sure the products are a good fit for your space. All of this preparation will lead up to the final design presentation. The design development process can take 4-6 weeks for mid sized residential and small scale commercial projects).

The design is presented in-person (when applicable) with mood board, finish material samples, space plans, design selections as well as a preliminary budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management is the most important part in making sure all design intentions are being met by the contractor as well as coordinating efforts with vendors for orders/deliveries and any other service provider working on your project. My team will oversee the final installation of furnished goods. The finishing touches are the final step in creating a transformative experience for you! Think of me as your designer liaison. Project Management is billed separately from the design phase and has an ongoing schedule for the duration of the project.
